Not a big Dylan fan, but know some of his music. He didn’t play anything I knew. The stage was lit so dimly, you couldn’t even see him. His voice is still good, but hard to understand him on some songs. . He never talked about the city he was in, or thanking the crowd, in a sold out arena for coming out. No personality. No encore. Waste of.money.

HE (NOT THE TRIP) WAS A WASTE OF MY MONEY
My 19 son is a collector of old vinyl records. He likes to play and write of his own accord. He has 5 or 6 of Bob Dylan's records. When he told me BD was coming to TO's iconic Massey Hall and what a one time experience that would be, I thought why not, it'll be fun, but expensive, ($500.00 ea for tickets in the very back). We travelled from Nova Scotia, stayed downtown (never been). The experience for us was to have a bonding trip...over a Bob Dylan concert. I've never been fan, but he is so iconic, I thought it had to be worth it. It wasn't. Never addressed the crowd, never moved out from behind his piano, never played a single past hit. Nothing. There was hardly a break between songs such that I thought I was hearing the same song for an entire concert. My son enjoyed it, but I knew he was a little disappointed that the great man didn't play anything he knew. I thought, Bob was a waste of my hard earned $1000. However, my son and I did enjoy being in TO and had some fun anyway. My son and I have been trying catch all the "old" bands before they stop playing and none have disappointed, but BD did. Too bad for him. Didn't earn any fans here.

UNINSPIRED AND UNINTELLIGIBLE
Maybe it was the sound system, or where we sat in the mezzanine, but we could not understand a word of anything. He never addressed the crowd, took no break between songs, started before the crowd was seated, wore a large hat, and played a hollow and metallic sounding grand piano. With the exception of the drummer, the musicians were emotionless, unsmiling professionals doing their job. An hour and a half of poetry, all songs we did not know, but the words were unintelligible. Phones in locked bags. Bummed.

HE MAY BE A LEGEND, BUT ENTERTAINING HE IS NOT!
I grew up listening to Dylan's music, but just got done seeing him tonight in Providence and boy was he a huge disappointment. My experience was pretty much the same as many others. I couldn't understand most of what he said, he didn't interact at all with the audience, played none of his biggest hits and didn't do an encore.
It was probably one of the worst concerts I have ever seen and wouldn't go to see him again even if it were for free. If you read this and were thinking of going to see him, don't.
Better you should go out and get one of his old albums, sit back and enjoy from the comfort of your sofa. You'll save a lot of money and enjoy it more. Seriously, trust me really he isn't worth it.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Attention all New Yorkers...Scalp your tickets this week if you can. As a long-time fan of Bob Dylan, he was awful last night (November 10, 2023) in Providence. Nothing has changed since the bad reviews from last year. An arrogant and boring performance.

DYLAN AT KING'S THEATER BROOKLYN
Simply awful. Lyrics were unintelligible for the most part. Dylan played a jangly sounding piano and he did not play it well. Oftentimes he was behind the beat. The songs unrecognizable except for "You've Got to Serve Somebody" which was not sung in it's entirety - sang the chorus four or five times. By the end of the show the audience seemed relieved that it was over and streamed for the exits. No encore which was a relief.

BOB DYLAN BALTIMORE 11/25/2023
Absolutely terrible performance. With out a a doubt the worst concert that I've ever been to. The man has no ability to sing whatsoever. I wasted my time and my money.
